NEW! Health Action Training Leadership Coaching & Development Programme

The Nursing Now Challenge is delighted to announce that applications for the next Health Action Training bespoke leadership programme will open on 10th August. This course is designed to support members of the Challengers’ Committee to strengthen their leadership skills through personalised coaching, collaborative learning and practical development.

This programme combines one-to-one coaching with interactive workshops, providing participants with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills alongside a supportive international cohort.

Places are limited to 24 participants, and we encourage applications from members of the Challengers’ Committee who are committed to fully engaging with every stage of the programme.

Key dates

Registration opens: Monday 10th August 2026

Registration closes: Monday 31st August 2026

Coaching questionnaire deadline: Thursday 10th September 2026

Phase One: Leadership Coaching

Coaching Session One
10 September – 6 November 2026

Participants must complete Session One before progressing to Session Two.

Coaching Session Two
12 November – 18 December 2026

Participants must complete Session Two before progressing to the workshop phase.

Phase Two: Leadership Workshops

Weekly workshops will take place over 10 weeks, from Friday 15 January to Friday 19 March 2027, from 1.00–3.00 pm (UK/Ireland time).

Participants are expected to attend all sessions. Those who miss more than two workshops will not be able to complete the programme.

A commitment to your development

This programme includes dedicated coaching support, and each place represents a significant investment in every participant’s leadership journey. Coaching places cannot be reallocated once registration has closed, we ask that you only register if you are confident you can commit to completing the full programme.
