Take A Breath with Health Action Training

Join Take A Breath with Health Action Training every Friday at 1 pm UK/Ireland time to take a pause and to take a breath. These short 15 minute sessions aim to promote your wellbeing, explore your sense of self, and reduce your stress, whilst fitting within your busy schedule. At Health Action Training we use a wide variety of techniques, including arts-based practices, to promote self care for our bodies, our minds, and our personhood. Our first session will be on Friday 19th September, we hope to see you there.
